If you are using a 32bit Windows System please use CCSv8.3.1 or earlier. XDS510 class debug probes are not supported with CCSv12. Support for XDS510 class probes was deprecated years ago for Linux and macOS. If you need to use one of these older probes please use CCSv8.3.1 or earlier.
